Chicken Rice at Maxwell

I was reading through my makansutra bible one day and i came across this little chicken rice piece. its located at maxwell food court, right in chinatown. its called tian tian chicken rice. apparently its rated 6 chopstix in makansutra (thats full marks!)

when i came there was already a pretty sizable queue, especially considering that it was a weekday afternoon. i waited for quite awhile and managed to finally get it. i ordered steamed chicken and rice. the chicken was SUPER moist and tender and all the flavors had seeped deep into the meat, making it imensely flavorful. and the rice was cooked perfectly, not too oily and not too grainy. just right. this one i truly loved. 10/10
