borgo's linguine squid ink pasta with seafood 9.5/10i was first introduced to this place by a friend. he told me that there was this quaint little italian restaurant along bukit timah rd and sixth ave. its now probably my fav italian restaurants. I love the flexibility of the kitchen. they can whip up whatever you desire. simply tell them what pasta you want, with what sauce and what ingredients and they'll do it for you.
the pasta is done perfectly al dente so the texture is just right. the portions could be a little large though.
I came back for the linguine squid ink with seafood. Came out really good. one portion definitely isn't enough if you have a hearty appetite. next time i'll make sure to ask for a larger size or order 2
on a side note, the fettucine alfredo is really good too - 9/10
