The middle bottom is the almond flavored ones. nicknamed "al capone", they are supposed to be Jco's signature doughnut.
The texture is akin to that of Dunkin's. Having a firmer dough, its glazed doughnuts are less sweet than that of Krispy Kremes. This brings out the full flavor of the assorted versions with toppings instead of being overwhelmed by the sweetness of the dough.
The chocoloate ones with little chocolate balls on top (left middle) are my favorite
