macaroons - 6.5/10Canele's is a little dessert place that seems to be popping up all over. They is one at raffles city and one at paragon and i think they have a few more. anyway, its a really nice dessert place for anyone who wants to stop by for a quick snack and they have really good pastries and other cool little things.
so D apparently likes the macaroons there. but then again she likes them anywhere. i'm not sure if thats a compliment to canele's or not.

The stawberry tarts are really good. but then again i have a soft spot for it. or anything strawberry-ish. who doesn't. strawberries look so sexy.

seeing a 6.5/10 given to a macaroon from canele is really sad! i think the macaroons there are at least an 8.5/10!! They are the best macaroons around!
i must admit that i'm not a super huge fan of macaroons, so i don't think i'm a good judge of taste in that aspect. i'll leave it up to the professional dessert eaters, seemingly such as yourself :)
